At Kallista Osteopathy, appointments are reserved specifically for you. We value your time, and we ask for the same consideration in return.

Notice Period

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, may incur a cancellation fee equal to the full consultation cost.

Why This Matters

Kallista Osteopathy is a small, appointment-based practice. Late cancellations and missed appointments often mean that another patient is unable to access care at that time.

Providing adequate notice allows us to offer that appointment to someone else who may be waiting.

 

Flexibility

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unwell or something urgent comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always aim to be fair and reasonable.
